The hotline 1-800-656-HOPE offers free, confidential counseling and support 24 hours a day, from anywhere in the country. The Domestic Violence & Incest Resource Centre (DVIRC) Funded by the Department of Human Services in Victoria, Australia, it is a statewide resource centre for information about domestic violence and sexual assault.
