Want to learn what habits may be preventing you from making weight-loss progress?

Why start a new eating program that does not address your individualized barriers to weight loss? The Lifestyle Patterns Approach to Weight Loss questionnaire can help you realize your personal barriers to weight loss and help you address them with practical solutions. This approach allows you to lead a healthier lifestyle by establishing small goals to address current lifestyle patterns that are leading to weight gain.

If you are interested in identifying eating, exercise, and coping habits that may be impacting your weight, e-mail the registered dietitian at agc8@msstate.edu with the subject of "Request for Lifestyle Survey". You will then receive the questionnaire to complete and e-mail back to the RD. You will then have the option of having general recommendations e-mailed to you based on your top 3-5 barriers, or you can call the appointment line at 325-7539 to set up an appointment with the registered dietitian to discuss your lifestyle patterns and recommendations in more detail.
